Do I really need a business card?
Short answer is yes.
BUT… you want to keep it clean. Don’t list all your services, all your credentials, your life goals or your family history. Nobody is interested. Yep I know, it sounds harsh but it’s true. Plus, didn’t you just put heaps of effort into creating a beautiful website with all of the above (except you life goals perhaps)?
Why not use your business card as a way to capture their attention, after all first impressions are important:
It's gotta feel good
A good texture is so important. Remember not everyone is visual.
It's gotta look good
Your card should be visually stimulating with beautifully placed branding assets.
Supply just enough information
Let them know who you are but lead them to your website where all the information is, in detail.
